Nevada buys through Nevada Health Link rather than healthcare.gov (its own exchange since 2020), so it is not in the CMS landscape file that drives the plan-level comparisons for the other 15 states. Carriers were approved for an average +22.3% for 2026 against +17.5% requested.
Nevada is the rare case where approved rates came in above what carriers requested — a 17.5% average request became 22.3% approved. Two new carriers, CareSource and Community Care Health Plans, entered for 2026 while rates rose.
Premiums do not change with your job, but whether you clear the 2026 subsidy cliff often does. Each page puts Nevada against the other states for that occupation.
